MARK BLACKMAN
Founder
Mark Blackman is Director and owner of Leadership Together a company with a mission to enable executive, senior and middle leaders to achieve excellence.

With a leadership career lasting over 30 years, Mark started Leadership Together to transform the leadership landscape in organisations, both big and small.
Throughout his career, Mark has been CEO of organisations with turnovers of £50m+ and
has worked extensively with central and local government, public and private sector
organisations.
​
Mark is on a UK government register of external expertise and is a go-to consultant for the most complex of change management projects.

Having led organisations,
both operationally and strategically, Mark’s expertise spans strategic planning, project management, financial oversight, HR, legal compliance, and quality assurance.
JO EVANS
Associate
Jo has over 25 years of experience in leadership, including nine years as a highly successful CEO.
She specialises in transforming organisations facing challenges, focusing on governance, strategic development, and inclusion.
Jo holds an MEd and an MBA in International Education from University College London and is a fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and the Royal Society of the Arts.
GABY COX
Associate
Gaby is our commercial business and product development specialist with a strong commercial acumen and a wealth of business change experience. Having worked extensively with mission-driven charity organisations, her experience also aligns well with the values and goals of educational institutions.

Having recently qualified as an accredited NCIP Integrative Psychotherapist, Gaby now combines her extensive commercial expertise with evidence-based cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic therapeutic strategies. Helping both organisations and professionals to develop leadership team dynamics and ways of working where both people and businesses can thrive.
